My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, which was a great plus. However, the location was challenging to reach and far from the heart of the Medina, making it a bit inconvenient. The service provided was good, but there were some areas for improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, but the lighting was terrible in the 'suite,' and cleanliness was not up to standard. The stairs made it cozy but perhaps not practical for some people. I had to request dirty towels to be changed after two nights. Pre-booking dinner is advisable.
The hotel offers beautiful, spacious, and comfy rooms with a shower and a huge bath, perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is top-notch, providing convenient amenities such as room service and a paid shuttle service. While the location can be a bit hard to find without Google Maps, it's ideal for exploring Marrakech. The dining experience is exceptional, especially when served on the rooftop terrace with a stunning 360 view. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor room lighting issues.
